At Legal Pathway, we are dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the intricate world of U.S. immigration. Founded by Sabrina Gómez, who brings nearly five years of hands-on experience in immigration law, our immigration services specializes in family-based cases, including Adjustment of Status, VAWA petitions, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) cases, and family petitions. While we cannot represent clients in court or provide legal advice, Sabrina offers invaluable support by preparing essential documentation.
Her journey in immigration began at a law firm where she refined her skills working on complex cases. Over the years, she has worked both independently for attorneys and as part of the team at various law firms, always with a focus on helping families. This passion for assisting others led to the creation of Legal Pathway, offering affordable and effective solutions to immigration challenges.
Although Sabrina began her academic journey in Business Administration at UNIBE and pursued a certification in immigration paralegal studies at the Paralegal Institute of the Americas, her true calling lies in helping families navigate their immigration paths. She is also a member of the Florida Association of Legal Document Preparers
